The great thing about the British is that they aren't fussed about taking the mickey of themselves and from time to time can easily be a bit cheesey!
Have you ever imagined the Queen with red hair and wearing a pink tie-dyed hippy dress...? Thanks to Mary you no longer have to wonder! Carol looked lovely in her vintage British dress, and so serene! We also enjoyed the quirky Frenchman's take on standing in front of the Union Jack with duck in hand - John Francios thanks for being so quackers!
Of course where would the British be without those anti-establishment folk! This is a country where we have the freedom to express our own opinion - that in itself is worth celebrating!
The creativity of the British was also celebrated today as we had product designer Marcello who uses his vision to bring new life and uses to old products. Known for his one off designs, here he showcases his newest invention, a desk lamp made from an old hoover. And yes a spot of tea would be lovely!
Jeff and Lucy popped into the Studio too along with Leroy and then Johneet who brought in her two little ones for a quick shot in front of the UJ. All in all it was a great day! If you like what you've seen and feel like a fun portrait shoot of your own, why not pop into Saturday Studio on 16 June 11 - 5pm on day of the Crystal Palace Summer Fesitval. As you can see our doors are open to all, it's free to have your portrait shot and if you like it you can purchase prints from me via the details page of this blog. Thanks for looking.
